They announced a domestic rollout.....FIRST of

the year, in the last Money TV video. Some say they really meant Q1. Fine.

Need a license to roll out........PERIOD.

Approvals take 2-3 months. They're gonna miss their deadline unless they get on the ball. It may already be too late though.
