I don't think mjna will meet the requirements that Tripp has asked for to move past the issues he has with shareholder meetings, a working BOD, the 24m for red dice, etc. i really like Dixie and think tripos a smart guy that would benefit profoundly by breaking off from MJNA.
MJNA IMO needs Dixie more than Dixie needs mjna. Dixie has great product and great name recognition product wise. I'd guess that lots of people are holding mjna because of Dixie, if Tripp gets what many of us believe he wants (to take Dixie public on its own) then there will be a significant drop for mjna. That's reality not conjecture.
Dixie doesn't need the dark cloud of negative speculation to follow them. That's why I feel they will break off from mjna. He wants a divorce, the judge will be inclined to give it to him based on bad faith and repercussions of business neglect etc etc.
