You must not understand what dilution is. It's when the OS goes up. CYBK OS started at 70M shares and went down twice to 49m shares. That is what is called anti dilution and another phrase for it is shareholder friendly and short seller unfriendly ! :) 1 cent shares are a gift to shareholders and we are buying them all up daily!
