I don't understand these things too well but it looks like they gave 25 million warrants to this group for past and future services. The .049 price was pretty good two weeks ago, likely when the deal was done. The company onlyh as 120million shares total outstanding so if the warrant holder can't exercise his warrants and go past 5% of total outstanding then it means there are going to be many more shares coming over the time period.
The interesting thing is that Accent Healthcare Advisors, Llc is a CA company only 5 months old. I can't find anything else on them. Does anyone else know anything about them??
