if you issue shars to get something valuable that will add to the grow of the company ... i don't think that is dilution.

companies on NYSE, NASDAQ do this as well. BCON, SIRI are good example.


I totally agreed with Lap.

we need numbers to evaluate. But from what we know... we can project at least $5 million a year revenue from SEMCO.

We raise probably $5 to $7 millions. Will you pay $5 million for a company that generate $5 in revenue and growing? Also it is reported that SEMCO have positive net income. I think $5 million is cheap to pay for such company.

PLNI is to go back to .01 to .02 range soon... I believe.
