Glad we could get together and figure all of this out. :-) Believe it or not I'm really not that happy about being correct. I had little doubt that he was CEO of KABX, but I'm not sure it wasn't a scam. We will have to wait and see. What info was confirmed by the trasfer agent? That he was arrested?

jd - thanks for the follow up with the Court Clerk. Still curious that none of the San Diego news outlets are following the case. I guess securities fraud is just ho-hum news in the US these days.

gregg - as one of the biggest questioners of the legitimacy of Kabe's business operations, I would be interested to know what it is you have learned that has you convinced that it is "real and not a scam".
