I'm glad that we can continue the back and forth. :-) I checked out PACER and you are correct, but it will only allow info about the Court, Address, phone numbers, etc. at least that is what I found. I did call the Clerk for the Southern District of California and found out some interesting things. Accordinig to the Clerk, Ulsteen was to have a dention hearing on December 20th, but a request to continue was granted to Jan. 2nd. that would confirm that he was arrested. The contiuance to January 2, is not unsual, as a matter of fact it is really routine. This gives the Attorney time to talk with his client and to the Asst. U.S. Attorney assigned to the case. The Clerk told me it usually takes about 24 hours to update the system. I will check back on Monday with the Clerk and see what happened today. This could get very interesting. Also was able to confirm that Knut Johnson is a real attorney in San Diego, specializes in Crim law in Fed Court.
