This says that the manager of Crystal Falls Investments LLC is Treasure Coast Health Associates LLC.

Of course, nowhere on their website do they list names of anyone at www.crystalfallsllc.com either.

As for Lotus Capital Investments LLC, you will not find it anywhere. Sure, you'll find "Lotus Capital," and "Lotus Investments," but never the exact name.

Highly likely that the court case, along with both companies, only exist as names, don't do business anywhere, and are vehicles to unload shares to insiders.

Good question. Or did the filing say that all parties agreed to this sweetheart deal(for the noteholder of course)to keep it out of court? IMO neither side would want depositions for a court action taken because it would expose the truth about both sides because there are legal ramifications for lying in depositions and again, IMO neither side wants the truth to be told because that leads to public exposure through courts filings. Lies can be told in OTC disclosures because lying to the OTC carries no legal ramifications.

State filings and SEC filings do carry ramifications for lying, if they get caught.

Agreed, hard to find info. on those companies, like it is for PharmaJanes, Simple Prepay, CBD Drink Co. etc. because there is no internet footprint except PRs, company websites, LinkedIn, FB, Twitter and the other BS "DD" that is fed to us.
