zeroluv - I'll just book mark that post - we'll see where we stand in 6 months - high hopes is one thing - but in July 2005 we had high hopes also - the net result of those high hopes was a 80:1 R/S.

All of the steps we are taking are expected to be highly beneficial for shareholders and are appropriate steps given the success of our drug distribution strategy. Our efforts have delivered results which exceeded our own internal projections which we will disseminate at the completion of our year-end audit." CEO Bob Cox

If KB is accurate with his statement made in November, He said the company would be PROFITABLE by mid Q1 2006. So in theory they should have no reason to dilute. Now this O/S is SUPER SMALL RIGHT NOW. There might be some small dilution as they have some room to work with if they feel they need to but overall if they are profitable the Bills are getting paid with sales not shares. So forget the past where they did a R/S and stayed the same. This company is moving to a new Exchange, They are increaseing revenues, they are obtaining directors with government ties and now are looking to take advantage of a market that Pres Bush said himself is top priority.

If the majority shareholders that voted for this split didn't feel they are headed in the right direction they would have turned it down. They have more to lose then we do.

Good Future to us all - the newbes' and those of us still holding our shares even after the 80 to 1 RS
