#2 point. The company said (but did not reveal) that these acquisitions were privately financed with no further dilution. So why would I expect dilution?????????
laptop, if that's true, why is IR saying the exact opposite? Several posters have reported Rodney at Big Apple (whom I've spoken with in the past) and Jackie there (whom I've not) as saying the shares were not used to buy Semco but rather to pay "lawyers and accountants."
