Personally I think every penny stock should pay CEOs and directors $1/year like Lee Iaccoca did in the 1980s when he took over Chrysler near BK, until the company is profitable. Give them share warrants at 10 times retail as incentive to build a real company and get the stock price up. NO CEO is worth over minimum wage unless they can make a profitable operation.
