I'm wondering how could anyone "lose 66%+ immediately" after buying the shares at $0.004? Anyway the ask never dropped to below $0.01! The next ask is $0.65! IMO, if someone is lucky enough to steal some cheap shares at $0.004 he might be able to sell at $0.4 ($0.4/$0.004 = 100 times)...
