Still want to support the company but sometimes believe that our CEO is an idiot. And what I mean is he thinks he knows everything,wants to do everything and changes too many things as he goes.
Do I think that he works as hard as anyone trying to get this business growing?? YES
Takes some advice from stupid friends and other people?? YES
Changing ownership in EuroAsia from 18% to 5%??? NOT RIGHT and if shareholders get screwed it will come back to bite him and keep BBDA and EuroAsia mired in court for many years thus affecting their ability to make it and become the Red Bull of relaxation drinks.
There is no way to justify as the CEO of Bebevco or Bebida Beverage Company (BBDA),working on the EuroAsia deal for two years at the expense of those shareholders and then changing the percentages as bad as he did and then giving himself the 70% he stated.
There's nowhere in the stock market where this would be ok or allowed and I see this mired in court for many years if he does not remedy this or if shareholders get screwed in my opinion.
Still hoping that Brian will do the right thing and not screw the shareholders and time will tell.
I also hope that srloan will not lose his credibility!!
Also remember this sr character admitted to being on the phone with Brian weber the minute he landed in Russia for the speech. I can only imagine why weber would call him while in Russia unless he works for the company. I find him to be the least credible poster here. I have run a investigations company for 8 years and have seen it all. This guy don't pass the smell test and I dismiss everything he says as rubbish. IMO
