All debt sucks but sometimes a necessary evil

As I see it there are two types of debt. Debt used to keep doors open or debt used to grow business.

Debt used to keep doors open is a trap and would raise alarm bells for me. Debt used to grow a business however is a positive thing if they can achieve their goals and use it wisely.

It appears they are using debt for this second function.
