I understand that, and I respect your opinion. Excel chose to take it as a personal attack, and that is his problem. I was trying to point out in general terms that it seems to be a common reaction that people get all giddy after someone posts a conversation with a company official, when there really has been nothing new added. I understand that feeling - I fell into the same trap. Some time ago, I spoke to Brad about some of my grave concerns. I admit that I felt very relieved and re-energized after speaking to him. I can't really say why, though. I went back and looked at my notes on the conversation, and he did not tell me anything I did not already know. Then, a few days later, they lied (intentional or not - it was an untruth) about financing in the 10-Q.
