The RS wasn't referring to an actual occurrence here! It was a general comment to Pinks themselves, which are notorious for doing RS'es on their loyal shareholders!
Second to that is dilutions "WHICH THIS HAS DONE" (Chronically! -Wink!) and resulting in sitting without an OTC accessible BID, just like it is right now!
Technically no different than an RS! Zero is Zero! wink!
