Clare these things do not get done without shareholders voting. Are you upset that management didn't pick up the phone and call you personally giving you advance notice? I didn't receive a call either. It makes sense to me that management who have no power in these corporate matters kept there mouth shut.

Well I feel for you man. I really do. I really think they are serious this time. New exchange could do us all good. Before we were just a daytraders haven. Usually OTC companies max out there O/S and then R/S. INCA didn't do that which leads me to believe our time is now. We always said 2006 was our year!

"Our efforts have delivered results which exceeded our own internal projections which we will disseminate at the completion of our year-end audit."

Could this mean Profitability KB said by Q1 2006? Hmmmmmmmmm they are getting serious!!!

Clare. Please try your math again. From our conversations in the past your average PPS ( post reverse split) CANNOT be that high.
Chucker
p.s. Take your total number of shares and divide by 80. Now you have your current number of shares in ISCR. Now. Take your total cost ( pre reverse split) and divide by your current ( post split) number of shares. For me, my average cost PPS is $1.44 and, I believe, you have to be close to that either plus or minus.
