I see it as a good thing. Even better if the CC deals follows on its heals. GZFX will have 15 million at their disposal and even without the CC deal, that will buy a LOT of recognition. We will take a hit though.

Anasta, from what i've learned, it's a only a good thing when the business has a few good things going for it, such as:

1. good revenue growth
2. a move to a better exchange
3. a competent CEO

...the first 2 are highly possible, but the third one is not!

Usually bad if you are a shareholder and the company is an OTC. After a r/s to get the # of shares under control, companies often get additional financing with further dilutions.

Maybe GZFX is the exception, but they are following that game plan so far.
