You don’t need to look any further than HEB to see that getting FDA permission to run a phase-3 trial is no great feat. HEB, one of the premiere biotech scams of all time, has been trying for more than a decade to get Ampligen approved for some (i.e. any) indication. To no avail, thankfully.
