So much fuss about the lawsuit. Why? The amount in question is a little over $300k or something like that? So even in the event of unlikely worst case scenario for Intellicell, do you really think this will matter in the long run?
I mean the company owns patented cornerstone technology in the multi billion dollar industry that might end up helping millions of people with their illnesses. The BOD that is there to help promote this technology consists of scientific and business all-stars. The CEO just visited a notoriously famous and wealthy stem cell establishment in Korea. So many international patents are on the verge of being granted opening up plethora of opportunities around the world, etc etc etc... So many big developments, and you wasted a dozen of posts on the tiniest and most short-sighted of them all.
Whether one is merely playing the current monstrous MOMO, or investing here long term - the lawsuit in question does not matter all that much. It will disappear one way or another. There are much bigger things here that are truly important in the long run. Or, you know, forget the long run, and just play the unbelievable volume and momentum - make some money and move on. At this stage, Intellicell has something for everyone.
