They are a very early stage exploration company, lacking the where-with-all to fund any real drilling program. So, yes, at this point, they "have" no gold.
At some time, after millions of dollars to properly drill, explore and produce geo reports, they may get to the point of claiming a resource. However, they'd need to go further, to the point of showing proven reserves, AND a bankable feasibility study which showed a project worthy of going into production, before they could give an indication of what they might be worth.
So far, those old assays, with the best result being very low grade for as far underground as it was, were far from being promising. Ergo, the liklihood of anything like what I wrote above actually happening is remote--at best.
