Since they list a banned attorney as legal counsel, maybe Bauman, a Vegas securities attorney (and owner of all the mining claims supposedly acquired by GNCP) is the real author of that 698 page OTC filing? Just a thought....
After all, who knows more about those claims and the creditors than Bauman?
