Because no one cares about penny stocks. They will get their hands slapped and that is it, when it comes out. There are many celebs who made money off of scam companies, including Shaq and Bieber. No one brings it up because penny stocks lose money for very little percentage of the population. It is not like these companies are Enro* or anything. SKTO is a scam that will get its own one day, but Benz and Allyn will walk away relatively unscathed, with pockets full of investor money. Mark it!
