good post, its nice to see some longs not in denial about the share structure being way off from what is reported. will be nice if the audit and OTCQB uplist is ever actually completed and we can see what the true share counts are, but I agree like you said its probably off by a few hundred million and I'm not that worried either..

If there is a buyout here none of us will care what the share structure is. :)

Also remember that those shares that where added to the float back in May have since been removed as well. :)

Jammin1, if 200-300 million shares have been bought and held with 200-300 miilion Outstanding; MDIN stock should have gone up.
