I'm a long and I'm complaining. Come on, you can't have it both ways. You challenge those who use basic math and common sense when they state that the share structure is not as claimed by Nick, yet when you are asked to justify the share structure you say " it is what it is". Don't you have an opinion and what do you base it on?.
