Anyway, I'm neither bullish nor bearish on the stock. I don't see a reason to sell and I have more reasons to believe there is yet something coming up than that there isn't. Shares were issued to insiders all the way from 0.2 to 0.03 in order to finance distribution deals. Without liquidity they won't be able to trade any of there stock for profit.
The float has turned once over the past trading months and someone's buying up the shares in the 0.03's. If you believe it is happening in anticipation of new deals, buy, otherwise don't.
