the fundamentals are meaningless right now as there are no business operations. I just know that management did it once and they have the contacts to do it again, so I see no point in selling out. Product and branding seem to be ready for market entry. And I'm sure that all the shares that were issued this year to insiders and investors would want to be traded at a profit by the respective beneficiaries. Before they can sell any of those shares, they need to create liquidity. And 90% of average closing price isn't toxic.
