Well whatever the ratio, ARIO is not $1.00 without a reverse. And of course "DELMAR" does not tell anyone what is up with this stock, so shareholders are kept in the dark??

As you can see on I-Hub board, the OS shares are 178mm, the only way that is true if ARIO had a REVERSE SPLIT!
