IMO the Phase III announcement is not priced into the share price. IMO many investors have never heard of Peregrine or Bavi. For them a Phase III announcement might be news. If Peregrine can come out with a meaningful PR citing more than 100 trial sites, this would be news for everyone.

We'll have to wait until Monday or Tuesday to see what kind of rabbit Peregrine can pull out of their hat. Also, a financing deal related to the Phase III would be big news whether a partnership or a loan.

Possibly Phase 3 trial is ALREADY priced in, so any announcement won't be "news" as everybody seems to think it is a forgone conclusion.

Up 2 cents?!? Yeah, I'd say so.
