DISTRICT ATTORNEY Seth Williams is taking an appeals-court ruling to the state Supreme Court in attempt to keep Monsignor William Lynn behind bars.

yep, it was just great to feel that future/now others in Lynn's position would be more likely to go down
for similar neglect .. heh, that's all i intended to say, then thought oh, wonder if Seth Williams decided
to appeal, or not .. on what you know now? .. not much chance, if any, of the appeal being successful?

am surprised to see the attorney so young in this case .. and, thanks, for the ex post facto detail ..
