I think they are covering the bases. They can issue stock, get a loan, sign a partnership deal, etc. we won't know until we know. I agree though that the filing is the right thing to do at this time. Keep their options open. I just wish they had issued their options today to clear the decks.

In my mind entering is something happening presently.

If PPHM announces the starting of the PHASE III SUNRISE TRIAL that should be very good news.

Geez, Common sense is that the announcement of the starting of the trial without a partner is not good news! If they start without a partner there is no incentive for a partner to come on board during the trial. They will just wait for mgmt to screw up again. All imo.
