Yes, 3 important recent developments have brought me to this stock:

1) They are re-negotiating terms of a $1.4 M loan and the lender has agreed to suspend conversions for now. (This will reduce dilution while in effect.)

2) They have announced their first revenues from one of their oil/gas disposal operations. 3 more of these operations are to come online in the next 6-9 weeks. Total revenues for the 4 are estimated to be $125,000/mo

3) Last, but not least, their ultrasonic generator has been or nearly is completed and will be ready for field testing soon.

If you know all this, sorry to repeat, but this is the DD I was referring to.

present dd.... shows a company that invested in run down waste disposal wells and resource properties in Canada.... and who are entering the final testing phases of their second ultrasonic generator.... according to the filings at least
