a REVERSE SPLIT...simple math NO emotion as there are currently NOT enough commons left in the A/S to convert the already issued preferreds. Management alrerady converted their previous common holdings to preferreds (which are NOT affected) by the split. Filings PROVE this to be FACT in regards to share count & conversion ratios.
