It also depends on how the deal is structured, since this would be PIPE financing. Once they buy shares is there a certain time frame they have to hold them for? If we find out there isnt than your damn right on the next spike you get out. Whereas if they are negotiating a timeframe before they can sell the shares you may be better off holding for a bit.
