Everyone on the Ariad board hates [Rachel McMinn], but I find their arguments don't hold water. However with that being said I do think the $3 price target from her is retribution for feeling that she was duped by Harvey.

Could be. In general, sell-side analysts’ price targets aren’t meant to be taken seriously, IMO. I read sell-side reports for the tidbits of insight here and there, but I do my own valuation modeling.
