sorry but show me how the last lawsuit 3 years ago would have affected me directly...plus this lawsuit could last years and the company may or may not be penalized. I also want to point out that many multiple million dollar companies are sued all the time and it doesn't affect the shareholders necessarily and if it does only for a short period and these companies don't issue PR s to drive up the PPS So your facts (so called) as usual don't add up.
