GERS' Sues BG Plant in Iowa...

This is the sign of a growingly confident company. I'm sure BG isn't too pleased with ICM's application being rejected over GERS' '729 patent. I'm particularly pleased this plant is being brought to justice as I live in the area and drive by this infringing plant on a daily basis.

" Defendant Southwest Iowa Renewable Energy Hereby states that 10% or more of it's stock is owned by the following... "

Bungee North America INC
11720 Borman Drive
St. Louis MO, 63146

ICM sold BG this infringing equipment. Now take a look at ICM's recent oil extraction patent application that the patent office rejected as unpatentable over GERS' already issued patent. Go to the free public PAIR website.

See for yourself...
GERS patent 7608729 "METHOD OF FREEING THE BOUND OIL PRESENT IN WHOLE STILLAGE AND THIN STILLAGE"

ICM's rejected application...
13531036 "Suspended Solids Separation System and Methods"

According to ICM's website,

"ICM's patent pending Selected Solids Separation offers a unique and inventive approach to oil extraction"

A unique and inventive approach? Yea, GERS' unique and inventive approach!$!$
