Ive been talking about the snapdragon 805 not the 800. Either way it still proves my point. The NP-1`s Tegra 4 isnt powerful enough to stream 4k using the H.265 HEVC codec. If it could, it would already be doing it. NTEK wouldnt be making up lame licensing excuses...
