jrod, wouldn't you have also gagged the TA if your debenture/warrant deal was dependent on share price? That was one move I agreed with. Can you imagine how much bigger the dilution would have been if we saw the OS climbing by 30 to 40 million every trading day? The bashers would have had us back to .0025 and the dilution could have been 4 fold.
I wonder if they went through the extreme dilution for some sort of massive offensive move? JF and crew just may surprise us all with some bold moves. I say this not to pump up GZFX but there are some odd things going down such as this filing coming out VERY early. There may be a damn good reason for what JF did in the dilution. Let's hope that it pays off.
I am still holding for the good days... I just wish I could flip my current holdings for 3 times the shares to catch up to the dilution! LOL
