Dude...Please understand rooney and positron are two separate entities. The case is against rooney and hence rooney will pay from his pocket and not positron's. This is not rocket science.

Why would I worry if rooney sells positron's shares? The pps may go down but that would be temporary. A sane investor in positron will use that to his advantage ( if you believe positron will succeed in its business plan)
