nbri I differ allot with that opinion of gold and nbri
Once the price of gold bottoms, which it may have already did so, NBRI and all the other smaller miners will head back toward new highs.
The price of gold will bottom when retail sellers start selling. As of now its all retail buying as the big money has been scaling out for the better part of a year.I think around 800oz will start to bottom but these bottoms sometimes take months to put in. Then to think somehow a micro miner will take off because of a bottom in gold in pure fantasy.
Nbri is a pure retail investors stock. No big money wants to place a big bet were the CEO is the jack of all in the company.Notice how nbri has no real proper independent board of directors to answer to? Leo has the majority stake so his vote trumps all.Everyone else has really zero say.Every investor could vote to dump leo but he always holds the trump card.Very few big investors will invest in a company with that kind of share structure.
Miners are going lower.Economy is gaining strength.Inflation is very modest at best. When i read retail still loves gold i know their plenty of downside left.Good luck with chasing the pot of gold. All be watching the carnage from the sidelines or short..imo
Cant agree with this at all Spanky. While NBRI does get a bit of influence from the gold price NBRI is down 90% from its high and gold at its worst is down 30% on a 5 year low. The timing of the 2 is also off gold climbed for a decade and topped out for 2 years between 2011 and 2013 NBRI spent years in a flat line and spiked to .20 on hype and has fallen ever since. Only the wild movement gold went through has ever effected NBRI and that effect can only be seen in periods of low volume on NBRI and high volatility of gold. Gold is at a 5 year low after a long long long climb. NBRI is just back where it started. That just tells me the market jumped the gun with a little help from the hype pump. If they pull gold out of the ground in profitable amounts the PPS will be effected by the price of gold. Until they produce the most we get is sympathy bumps
