Tgibson, Not many new customers for DLA mandate signed up during fourth quarter. That's why we had only $720000 revenue. This quarter , around 20 customers signed up for DLA mandate. So APDN will definitely have $1 million revenue this quarter.
You don't get paid when you sign a contract. You provide the service per the contract, then bill for the service then collect. Then you report earnings for period. There's always a significant delay. Most importantly, the more contracts obviously means a pyramiding effect as more and more work comes on line.
