I do not think you are going to find anyone on this board experienced enough regarding Glassware vs Citrix to be able to answer your questions and do need to talk to the Sphere Technical Director as stated in a previous reply.
I am looking forward to your response as you will be a perfect person for them to give their sales pitch to and you have the knowledge to be able to determine if the advantages of the software overcome the disadvantage of being the new kid on the block.
Sphere mgt should tape the call so once they get your reactions they can reflect on the positives/negatives and be able to better address the negative issues.
