Yes, wise one. I hope he opens up to us now that the dirty work is out of the way. He broke our hearts today and some wallets. My guess is a down payment or similar for VOD.

I'd say that is the second best case scenario. The BEST case scenario is that they hold and use that money to pay for monthly burn and small acquisitions. That way they can STOP THE DILUTION at 3.3 BILLION shares for the year.
