We're looking for institutional interest here and most institutional traders/investors are very close to shutting up for the year end holidays so personally I would like to see any decent news come out in the new year as institutions get back to their desks. JMO
"Right now we await news on the Tax Credits and word about the hiring of a reputable and respected IR Firm. Either of these two could be announced at any given time, but the Tax Credit announcement being overdue is the most likely news will see pop up before the end of the year."
