Also, he was invested early on. Shaka Shoes-early on. Means he knows the entire history of this company and all the players. (Wonder if he can help me get my free chicken @ KFC?)
He is now a major shareholder (restricted) and has a seat on the BOD.
He has a proven track record of success with Tenet, and with patents, and with working with big time companies (Smith and Nephew).
Reading between the lines: He must be on board and committed here, because instead of just taking his money back and leaving, he's putting more skin in the game. (His time and abilities).
