Was expecting this news last week, but nonetheless there it is.

At this point it really doesn't change much as everything was kaput except for ES. Don't like the remaining liabilities stemming from St cloud.....those should go with team energy and don woody IMO.


Other than that...now a waiting game here....again.

Wow there are quite some significant items here, outside of CEO change.

BTW: Thank you to Mr. Wood for his efforts in wrenching RENU from the old CEO, and from getting us to a somewhat solid platform. As we would have all loved to have seen St. Cloud develop and perform, we understand the frustration and the tough decisions. Best of luck to you and your team going forward!
