I am not a lawyer, I really don't know. I tried to make guesses about RMBS' situation at the time and it took an inordinate time to study the case, and I still missed it by a mile (at least the first verdict, now being appealed and having a good chance of being reversed), so I won't even venture into it. I did the same for ISCO vs SCON CDTS, and was right, but there were no implications on the stocks whatsoever (g).
