Could be payment via shares and resultant conflict if attempting to use courts to affect price of stock (major ethics issue)?
Could be tired of Peter and his lies?
Anything is conjecture.....I do not know why the withdrawal. I do not believe it states the reason in his written request to the court.
It would be interesting to see what the company and Peter states, based on how they blame everyone else or states "they were fired", or "theft", or other garbage. They never mention the resignation letters that are submitted, i.e. Captain E. Company just does slanderous comments to deflect their own failings.
