Zeev - What closing Naz value would get us out of the up channel we've been in since Naz 1260? Were we / are we in an up channel or were we / are we in a rising wedge that is breaking?
Zeev, picking up any BPRX here on the news? BPRX just began trading again,down nearly 3 pts., after being halted on news they didn't get the preliminary injunction. Sounds like that shouldn't be taken as such a surprise....as *preliminary* injunctions aren't easy to get, right? BPRX reports earnings next Wed, a.m., estimates have recently been raised, FWIW.
